2. Products
We sell the following products on this website: Rose Ritual™ (an electric foot-care device), Rose Baume™ (a moisturising foot balm stick), silicone socks (a moisturising accessory), and related consumables including replacement discs, gift sets and bundles. All product descriptions, specifications and prices are shown on each product page. We take reasonable care to ensure that product information is accurate, but minor variations in packaging, colour, or presentation may occur.
3. Ordering process
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation is not our final acceptance of your order. Your order becomes a binding contract only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in the currency corresponding to your location (GBP £ for UK, USD $ for the United States). UK prices include VAT at the applicable rate.
Prices are shown on each product page and are updated regularly. Occasional pricing errors may occur; in such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We are under no obligation to fulfil an order at an obviously incorrect price.
Promotional discount codes are subject to their own conditions, which will be stated at the time of the offer. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
5. Payment
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of order placement. All transactions are secured by 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your card details on our servers; payment processing is handled directly by Shopify Payments.
6. Delivery
Due to high demand, our current delivery times are between 5 and 10 working days. As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to you so you can follow your parcel in real time. Delivery is free of charge on all orders. Full delivery details are available on our Shipping Information page.
Risk of loss and ownership of the products pass to you when the products are delivered to the address you provided at checkout.
7. Your right to cancel (UK customers)
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving their goods, without giving any reason. See our Return and Refund Policy for the process to follow.
8. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. Full conditions and process are described in our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Product safety and intended use
Rose Ritual™ is an electric personal-care device intended for external use on healthy skin of the feet only. Rose Baume™ is a cosmetic moisturising product intended for external use. Silicone socks are an accessory intended for use with our moisturising products.
Please read all product instructions before use. Do not use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, open wounds, infections, or any other medical condition affecting your feet without prior consultation with a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for use by persons under 16 years of age.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names, product descriptions, videos and graphics — is the exclusive property of TRITT LAB LLC and is protected under international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. Glimora™, Rose Ritual™ and Rose Baume™ are trademarks of TRITT LAB LLC. Any reproduction, distribution or modification without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK or US law. Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the products in question.
12. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, supplier failures or transport delays.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies to your purchase. Updated versions will be posted on this website with a revised "Last updated" date.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. For UK residents, mandatory UK consumer protection laws (in particular the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) apply as a statutory right.
