Return and Refund Policy

At Glimora, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility conditions

For your item to be eligible for a return:

  • Every return request must be validated by our customer service team before any package is sent. Photo and/or video proof may be requested.
  • In case of damage or breakage upon receipt, photo and/or video proof is mandatory.
  • Once validated, we will send you the return address by email. No parcel should be sent without our prior agreement.
  • In the case of a defective product upon receipt, please report the issue within 24 hours maximum by writing to contact@getglimora.com.
  • Return shipping costs are at your expense (except if the product arrived defective).

How to request a return

Send your request to contact@getglimora.com, including the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photo/video proof if the item is damaged

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 working days.

In the case of a parcel not received, the customer must contact the carrier and obtain a written statement confirming that delivery was not made, in order to claim a refund for non-delivery.

Please note: bank processing times may extend the time it takes for the refund to appear. If you do not see the refund within 14 working days, please contact us at contact@getglimora.com.
