Delivery times
Due to high demand, our current delivery times are between 5 and 10 working days. As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to you by email so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free of charge on all orders shipped within the United Kingdom.
Delivery delays
We do our best to meet the stated delivery times, but occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal strikes, extreme weather, or high-volume periods. If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@getglimora.com and we will investigate.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please make sure the delivery address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. If your parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address, we can re-ship it at your expense.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at contact@getglimora.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbours and members of your household
- Check the delivery location noted by the courier
- Contact the courier to request a written statement confirming non-delivery
- Contact us at contact@getglimora.com with the courier's statement so we can process a claim
